About St. Gianna Clinic
St. Gianna Clinic proactively and confidently provides medicine that aligns with the teachings of the Catholic Church. It offers the opportunity to convey, through its work, that the church’s teachings regarding life, love and family are for the health and happiness of all. Located across the street from HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin, the clinic is aligned with Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS).
St. Gianna Clinic provides the highest quality, faithfully Catholic medical care from conception to natural death, while cultivating a deeper understanding of the Church’s scientific, medical and moral ethics.
Who we serve
The clinic serves people of all faiths with diligence and sensitivity. Services include medical care to women, men, children and families from conception to natural death according to the Church’s teachings.
We take seriously the significant and growing body of scientific and sociological evidence that widespread, subsidized contraception poses serious health risks to women, children, men, families and society. Therefore, we only facilitate natural family planning and do not recommend or prescribe contraception, or perform sterilizations. Fertility treatments that align with the Church’s teachings, such as NaProTECHNOLOGY, are offered at the clinic.
We hope to play an attractive role in changing the public conversation from “contraception” to “the joy of generous living.”
HSHS funds the facility acquisition, build out and start-up costs leading to a stabilized physician alignment investment. Ongoing investment in the clinic will be compatible with the needs of the community. We are looking for support from our Catholic community to sustain the clinic.
